The light did not bring any particularly violent shockwaves or destruction. Everything within its reach fell silent, including the tide of Abyss monsters that had surged forward and the panicked Holy Light City.
Everything began to undergo a strange distortion.
The blood-red magma transformed into streams of clear spring water, while the Abyss monsters froze into mud sculptures. Washed by the springs, they softened into earth and stone, collapsing away. The ruins of Holy Light City, meanwhile, became a forest. Trees rose one after another, flowers and wild grass covered the ground, and the place brimmed with life.
Yet all the life that had once existed there was gone, leaving behind a deathly stillness.
"Deathly stillness" and "vitality" fused together, creating an eerie atmosphere.
This was a new creation. From another angle, it was in fact another kind of destruction.
The cluster of white light at the center of the radiance suddenly dimmed slightly. It had already been seized in a clawed palm.

"Damn little vermin! You actually wounded the source of my soul so severely!" Sosbach let out a furious roar. As his emotions fluctuated, the white light in his claw slipped from his control. The bone spurs on his shoulder and elbow trembled, and patches of green leaves actually sprouted from them.
