With the Siren princess Helen aboard, the Mandala sailed all the way to the Water Elementals' Deep Blue Sea Region.

Helen had never shown a friendly face to the man who had forcibly abducted her. In truth, the real culprit behind this kidnapping of an innocent maiden should have been that fellow's father-in-law. According to Augulas, even at Chen Rui's current level, he could benefit from the little mermaid princess's song—but only if she was willing to sing to him with her true heart.

If puppet arts or the like were used, the power of the heart would be lost. She had to be genuinely willing from the bottom of her heart. Unfortunately, judging by Helen's current attitude toward Chen Rui, that possibility was basically zero. The Sirens were not particularly powerful, but their tempers were as fierce as could be. Even Augulas had no especially good solution.

The Water Elementals were no strangers to the Mandala. Chen Rui encountered no obstruction along the way and smoothly landed on Deep Blue Island.

Upon receiving the report, the Water Elemental Monarch Lanboster came out to greet them together with the Earth Elemental King Moore.

The two Elemental Kings' knowledge of Chen Rui's itinerary still remained at the time, several months ago, when he had headed to the Black Banner Sea with Hegel. They had originally intended to ask at once about the search for the Dark Origin Fragment, but before they could speak, their gazes simultaneously fell on Augulas behind Chen Rui.

Lanboster and Moore exchanged astonished glances, then performed an ancient rite and said in unison, "It is our honor to meet the inheritor of the Eye of the Dragon God, the sovereign of Dragon Island."
