The Game System's notification rang out coldly. "Would you like to activate the Trial Secret Realm Lost Island?"
"Confirm."
Pure white light instantly bathed the entire world.
When the light faded, an endless ocean came into view.
Xiao Fan found himself standing on the deck of a wooden boat rocking with the waves.
Just then, Wind Snow Traveler walked over to Xiao Fan and gazed at the scenery ahead, his voice grave.
"This Dungeon is called Lost Island, but we ended up on a boat, and there's no island in sight."
Players had three chances to revive in the Trial Secret Realm. Wind Snow Traveler had once brought a team in to try to clear it, so he knew a little about this secret realm.
"No island?" Xiao Fan turned around. "Then what did you encounter?"
"Nothing at all. We drifted around at sea for ages and didn't see a single thing. We had no choice but to leave."
At that, Xiao Fan's eyes darkened. "Since this Dungeon is called Lost Island, there has to be something here. You just haven't found it."
Wind Snow Traveler asked, "Any ideas?"
"Are there any clues on the boat?" Xiao Fan asked.
"No. We searched earlier. It's just an ordinary boat." Wind Snow Traveler shook his head.
"Let's drift for a while and see."
Xiao Fan had noticed that although Cloud Sea had a whole range of game systems, it had no quest system at all. The secret realms didn't even offer quest prompts; players had to explore entirely on their own.
It was very strange, and gave people a sense of disjointedness. Cloud Sea didn't seem like a complete game.
