After Su Ming rejected joining the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect, he fought Tang San at Shrek Academy, where the battle escalated as Tang San brought out his strongest weapons.

• Su Ming began training in Sage Mode, and Xiao Wu and Ning Rongrong guarded him from turning into stone as he absorbed Natural Energy.
• Ning Rongrong returned to the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect, demonstrated Lingbo Weibu to Ning Fengzhi, Chen Xin, and Gu Rong, and persuaded Ning Fengzhi to let her teach Su Ming the Mind-Splitting Control Method.
• Ning Fengzhi visited Shrek Academy, punished Dai Mubai, Flender, and Yu Xiaogang for their conduct toward Ning Rongrong, and offered Su Ming the secret method and a place in the sect.

After Shrek defeated the Imperial Dou Team, Dugu Yan and Ye Lingling became part of Su Ming’s plans, while Qin Ming offered to recruit the Shrek students.

• Su Ming challenged the story that Tang San was Ah Yin’s son, and Ning Fengzhi chose to support Su Ming while protecting Tang San’s foundation.
