I believe that whether you've been keeping up with the updates or not, you've noticed the author's unusual behavior lately. Though everyone may already have some idea of what's going on, the author still felt a more formal explanation and apology were in order.
Since graduating and starting work last year, the increasing intensity and duration of the job have gradually reduced the update frequency, until it has fallen to a twice-monthly schedule.
Compared with the study and training period, the experience of truly taking part in clinical work has indeed been vastly different. It meant facing more urgent and complex medical conditions and communication issues head-on, as well as greater pressure and less truly disposable time.
Along with certain trivial matters in the author's personal life, under the combined effect of multiple factors, the author helplessly discovered that beyond the declining update frequency, even the quality and innovative elements of the work were difficult to find satisfactory.
But as the saying goes, "Only in the cold of winter do pine and cypress reveal their steadfastness; fine writing resents a life that goes too smoothly."
Quiet night shifts cannot cultivate excellent doctors, and good works also need the tempering of social practice. Inspiration is not something that can be conjured up by sitting at home and daydreaming.
Clinical work brought not only pressure, but also experience and accumulation, becoming the foundation for future work and writing.
Thank you to every reader for your understanding and support, and thank you as well for the criticism. No matter how busy things become, the author will continue.
Once again, my apologies—and once again, my thanks.
