Bibi Dong’s attachment to Yu Xiaogang predates the main conflict. She describes having lost the person she loved after being betrayed by someone she deeply respected. Her recollections also reveal sexual violence and coercion in a secret chamber, where her attacker used Yu Xiaogang to threaten her 3 27.

Although she loves Qian Renxue, she finds it painful to face her daughter because doing so recalls that assault. Her repeated emotional withdrawal leaves Qian Renxue desperate for approval before eventually abandoning hope of receiving maternal affection 7 27.

Chu Feng demands that she revoke the appointment and lend him Chrysanthemum Douluo and Ghost Douluo. She initially refuses because their Polar Static Domain is central to her own planned hunt for the Sky Azure Bull Python and Titan Giant Ape.
