Theus thought about it and found it made sense. With the Resistance Army in such dire straits, they would be lucky just to hold out in the forest. Worrying that they might leave and become impossible to find was completely unnecessary.
Theus's gaze hardened. There was not much time. They would try this plan first.
"Ash, how many Banshees are currently able to fight?"
"All twenty regiments can deploy."
"Regiments?" Theus froze for a moment. Only when he saw Nini practically itching to jump into action did he remember. "The Battlefield Press Corps—how did your selection go?"
Nini hurriedly replied, "Everyone's been selected, but a regiment is made up of one Banshee and a large number of Faithguard Army soldiers. Obviously, those Faithguard soldiers can't go underwater."
"So there are twenty Banshees in total?"
"That doesn't include the medical teams. Altogether, there are probably more than eighty." Nini considered it for a moment, then spent a long while frantically communicating with Ash through the Mind Link before answering.
"That number is for those willing to go to the battlefield—actually, everyone wants to go out and have some fun, but we need to leave some people in the Banshee duty room, and some at Castel's shipyard. Tata really needs us to provide firsthand accounts when ships sink, and we also need to leave people at Richard's shooting range to assist."
Theus nodded. "Eighty people is already more than enough. Divide them into groups and send them over in rotation. There are only a few hundred Wolves of Winter in total. I think a cluster of twenty Banshees could easily defeat them."
"We won't need that many!" Nini proudly raised her head, her six hands planted on her hips. "One of us counts as six people! Twenty Banshees means a whole hundred
