A recent wave of underestimating the enemy had begun spreading through the allied forces. Most soldiers believed the gods were vulnerable and could be dealt with easily.

Isabella flipped through the report in her hands.

"To some extent, that was true. Based on the Enemy of Humanity's strength, even if the gods of all five major Churches descended at once, we could handle them." Theus spoke unhurriedly as he glanced around.

The others showed no signs of underestimating the enemy, which satisfied him somewhat.

"There must be something suspicious about this that we haven't discovered yet. If the gods were truly so easy to deal with, we wouldn't have failed so many times." Theus paused, slowly furrowing his brow.

In truth, his memories only went as far as discovering Blackstone. He had not said what happened afterward.

"Jules, would the Empire have difficulty gathering another hundred thousand livestock?"

"How long?"

"At least three months."

"I can help with that." Angelita suddenly spoke.

"That's right, but that also means our demand for livestock is low. Our large-scale conversion only
