The problem was that the death of anyone at Emperor Venerable or above would shake the Three Realms. Everyone would know he had killed an Emperor Venerable. Otherwise, he would have gone after them long ago. An Emperor Venerable was worth around three million Slaughter Points, and with so many Realm Domain Lands, killing just a few would be enough for his next qualitative transformation. But someone would probably come after him immediately afterward, such as those Three Realms inspectors, who would certainly show up, along with others. That would run counter to Lu Hao's plan to stay hidden. For now, it was best to kill Absolute Peaks while the Slaughter Points they provided had yet to diminish. Once he broke through to Emperor Venerable, his combat strength might even reach Break Eight. By then, the great upheaval would have arrived, too. Hunting Emperor Venerables would still attract attention, but it wouldn't be incomprehensible.
Putting those thoughts aside, Lu Hao glanced at his Origin World. It was already enormous; Gray Cat's Origin World probably hadn't even reached a thousand meters. The trace of vitality within his Origin World was gradually spreading, too. At its current rate, it would probably take over a thousand years to expand enough to reach equilibrium.
Lu Hao withdrew from his Origin World and opened his eyes to find an enormous cat head right in front of him. Gray Cat was lying before him, poking him here and there. His sudden awakening startled the cat into retreating two steps.
