He looked inside. There seemed to be about ten pounds. Zhang Tao took out several bottles, divided it up, and tossed one to each person. "Use this to recover. It's faster!"
Li Zhen opened his eyes and glanced at Zhang Tao. "I killed the one whose box that is."
Zhang Tao rolled his eyes and snapped, "Bullshit! There are so many boxes. What makes you think that one came from someone you killed?"
Li Zhen gave a couple of grunts and said nothing. He'd only killed two people, and Zhang Tao had searched the bodies. How could he not know?
Zhang Tao kept opening boxes. Some held Energy Liquid, others Energy Fruits. Overall, he'd made quite a haul.
"No wonder you all say there are great opportunities in the Land of King Battles. You were right!" Zhang Tao said with a grin.
Su Changqing opened his mouth, then glanced at Li Zhen. His questioning look was unmistakable: Was this what you meant by a great opportunity? You're unbelievable. Is he misunderstanding you? Are all martial artists from the outside world this reckless?
Li Zhen fell silent. Zhang Tao did seem to have a point.
Rather than go to all the trouble of searching for some elusive opportunity, it was more worthwhile to kill a few more True King Descendants from the Catacombs.
After taking out the unfamiliar Energy Fruits, Zhang Tao asked, "Does anyone know what these things are?"
There was no helping it. Zhang Tao knew next to nothing about this sort of thing.
"This is a Pine Cone. It can increase your spiritual power. And this is..." Su Changqing was quite knowledgeable. He quickly told Zhang Tao the names and uses of the items.
Zhang Tao nodded. They were all good stuff. The Catacombs were practically overflowing with wealth!
An hour later, Zhang Tao asked, "How's everyone recovering?"
Su Changqing and the others looked at one another, then nodded. Zhang Tao said, "Let's go find them and see if we can get another chance to pull off something big!"
Su Changqing remained expressionless. Seeing how readily Li Zhen followed Zhang Tao's lead, they figured they might as well go along with whatever he said.
The group flew out of the cave entrance and began searching. Suddenly, the world shifted around them, and they found themselves in a small grove.
Su Changqing explained, "The terrain here changes from time to time. But as long as you're prepared, you generally won't get teleported away."
Zhang Tao nodded. They'd sensed something just now and circulated their qi and blood. The surroundings had shifted, but they were still in the same place. Only the scenery had changed into a small grove.
Of course, if they hadn't circulated their qi and blood, they might have been teleported somewhere else.
"Hey, what's that over there?" Zhang Tao asked, pointing toward a somewhat ruined area in the distance.
Su Changqing glanced over. "That's the opportunity we came here to find. I've heard there's originless spiritual power and Indestructible Substance inside. There might even be cultivation techniques, storage items, and things like that."
Zhang Tao understood. "That place is already in ruins, which means someone's taken the opportunity there, right?"
Su Changqing nodded. Once Zhang Tao understood, he said, "Then let's keep going."
Just as they were about to fly on, a Rank 7 flew overhead. Zhang Tao's eyes lit up, and he hurriedly charged after him. Su Changqing and the others followed. Before long, they had surrounded the Rank 7 from the Catacombs.
