Initially, he is a young man whose exceptional physical attributes, such as strength, speed, and nerve reflexes, are evident during assessments, setting him apart from his peers 8 15. As he progresses, his body can grow significantly, such as when it expands nine times its normal size during combat, allowing him to wield a golden battle blade with devastating effect 90. Despite these changes, he maintains a calm and collected demeanor, even when faced with attempts at flirtation or intimidation 80 219 220. His physical prowess is consistently highlighted, whether he is battling high-level beasts with enhanced techniques or simply walking barefoot to connect with the Laws of Earth 31 33. After decades of training, he continues to seek ways to upgrade his strength, demonstrating a relentless pursuit of improvement 222.
Following his absorption of Azure Dragon Essence Blood and Water Sovereign’s Might, Luo Feng’s body, genes, and defensive capacity undergo a further qualitative evolution. At peak World Lord level, he becomes capable of bearing the General Armor, while his later physical foundation is described as rivaling a supreme treasure 223 265.

Background
Early Life and Family
Luo Feng grew up in a modest family in the South Bank Residential District of Yangzhou City, with his parents and younger brother Luo Hua. His father, Luo Hongguo, and mother initially held conventional expectations for their son, hoping he would pursue a university education and secure a stable career. Luo Feng demonstrated remarkable self-discipline and dedication from a young age, balancing his academic studies with an intense focus on physical training. His family's financial situation was not affluent, and Luo Feng felt a strong sense of responsibility to improve their circumstances. He maintained a close, affectionate relationship with his brother, Luo Hua, who looked up to him with admiration and excitement whenever Luo Feng achieved a milestone 5 6 7. The family's support became crucial when Luo Feng made his pivotal decision to forgo university, a choice that initially shocked his parents but ultimately earned their backing as they witnessed his determination and growing strength 5.
Academic Excellence and the Decision to Become a Martial Artist
Luo Feng was an outstanding student. He scored exceptionally high in the college entrance examination, securing the top score in his school and earning a spot in his dream university 5 6. Banners were hung at the school gate announcing his achievement, drawing the attention of classmates such as Xu Xin, who recalled her feelings for him, and Zhang Haobai, who grew jealous and resentful 7. Admissions officers from top universities waited outside his classroom to recruit him, but Luo Feng did not show up. Instead, he made the bold decision to abandon the academic path and become a freelance martial artist. He explained to his family that his physical fitness had already reached the level of a Quasi-Martial Artist and that he planned to take the official assessment 5. This decision reflected a fundamental shift in Luo Feng's priorities, moving from scholarly ambition to the pursuit of martial power in a world where martial artists held transcendent status 5 3. His friend Wei Wen, who admired Luo Feng's achievements and longed to become a martial artist himself, helped Luo Feng by collecting his high school graduation certificate and throwing away his university application form, fully supporting his resolve 6 7.
Training and Rapid Improvement
Before taking the Quasi-Martial Artist Assessment, Luo Feng engaged in intense physical training, leveraging a game-like enhancement system that boosted his talent. He trained for over an hour at a time, feeling invigorated rather than exhausted, a phenomenon he attributed to the Azure Dragon Bloodline he had acquired 4. Progress came swiftly: within half a month, his punch strength increased by 58 kilograms, reaching 859 kg, and his speed improved to 25.8 m/s 4. Soon after, his physical abilities surged further due to the Dragonblood Warrior bloodline, boosting his punch power by over 100 kg in a single month, his speed to 29.7 m/s, and his nerve reaction to the excellent level of an Advanced Warrior 6. At the Limit Martial Arts Hall in Yi'an District, where he trained regularly, Luo Feng earned the respect of peers like Yang Wu, who helped him test his speed, and maintained a polite, respectful demeanor toward instructors and fellow trainees 4.
The Quasi-Martial Artist Assessment
On July 1st, Luo Feng traveled to the Limit Hall in Yangzhou City to take the Quasi-Martial Artist Assessment 6 7. The assessment consisted of three tests: punch strength, speed, and neural reaction speed. Luo Feng passed all three with exceptional results, while many other candidates struggled or failed. Only three candidates succeeded: Luo Feng, Yang Wu, and Bai Yang. Chief Instructor Wu Tong and Instructor Jiang Nian praised Luo Feng's performance, noting that his exceptional nerve reflexes were tied to his high mental power, setting him apart from older candidates who struggled with speed and reflexes due to age 8. After passing, Luo Feng became a Quasi-Martial Artist and immediately began practicing Genetic Origin Energy, the foundational cultivation method for martial artists. The first time he practiced it, his strength skyrocketed: his punch strength reached 5,292 kg, his speed climbed to 66 m/s, and his neural reaction attained the perfection level of an Intermediate War General 13. Instructor Jiang Nian was astonished and saw immense potential in Luo Feng, becoming eager to recommend him to the headquarters of the Limit Martial Arts Hall 13. Luo Feng's rapid progress also earned him an invitation from Jiang Nian and Yan Luo, the master of the Limit Martial Arts Hall, to join the hall with a detached villa and a 20,000 Huaxia Currency monthly salary upon passing the assessment 6.
Joining the Limit Martial Arts Hall
Recognizing Luo Feng's super-genius-level talent, especially after he excelled in the nerve reaction test, Jiang Nian arranged for an early recruitment into the Limit Martial Arts Hall 14. Luo Feng agreed, and they traveled to the hall's headquarters in Jiangnan City, where Luo Feng underwent formal strength, speed, and nerve reaction tests. The Director, Zhuge Tao, was deeply impressed and offered a generous contract: a 100 million Chinese Yuan starting fund and free selection of any manuals up to a value of 500 million. Luo Feng signed the contract, officially becoming a member of the Limit Martial Arts Hall 15. This organization provided him with resources, training facilities, and a network of support that accelerated his development.
Early Career as a Martial Artist
Luo Feng's first major test as a martial artist was the practical combat examination, where prospective martial artists hunted monsters in Monster Town. He scored 182 points—equivalent to 18,200 kilograms in punching power—and his performance was so dominant that the assessment was terminated early because he had killed too many monsters, making it difficult for other candidates to find prey 21. He obtained a Grade 2 battle blade, the Tiger Mastiff Blade, from an H-grade monster during the hunt 21. In the final point settlement, Luo Feng scored 1,830 points, ranking first among all participants, and was officially recognized as a Martial Artist. He advanced to the Senior War General level 22. This achievement attracted recruitment offers from rival organizations, such as the Thunder Martial Arts Hall, whose director Wang Heng visited Luo Feng personally, but Luo Feng declined, remaining loyal to the Limit Martial Arts Hall 22.
Following his certification, Luo Feng moved his family to a luxurious villa in the Bright Moon Residential Quarter, a residential area reserved for martial artists, celebrating their new home with a housewarming 17 23. He used his earnings to purchase the Nine-Layered Thunder Blade secret manual, the first four layers of which cost 250 million Chinese Yuan, and also bought health-boosting materials for his family 23. Luo Feng began practicing the blade technique in his dedicated practice hall, but he struggled to grasp its force-exertion principles, leading him to decide to travel to the Wilderness Zone to gain practical experience and earn points for his technique 24. Throughout this period, he remained focused on his training, using his earth-element magic to create gravity fields for intense conditioning and honing his Spiritual Telekinesis to control multiple Dark Red Flying Daggers simultaneously 17. By the time of the Peak Genius Tournament years later, Luo Feng had grown into a celebrity, entering seclusion for three years to prepare and achieving a breakthrough in his mental will to Domain Lord Level 4, while training on Mars to master the Law of Space 129.
Rise Beyond the Peak Genius Tournament
Luo Feng’s performance during the Peak Genius Tournament and his subsequent cultivation in Chaos City established him as one of humanity’s most exceptional talents. He cleared the Heart Trace Heavenly Bridge through the twelfth floor as a Star Level, later advancing through floors thirteen to sixteen after reaching Universe Level 174 182. After thirty years in Chaos City, he entered the Primal Secret Realm and undertook dangerous missions including Dragon Tower Star, Xueluo Continent, and Demon Mountain 184 186.
On Xueluo Continent, Luo Feng used Azure Dragon Essence Blood and Water Sovereign’s Might to reach the peak of the World Lord realm. He then demonstrated the ability to protect himself against a mid-stage Venerable and sparred with the Lord of Tian Shi Palace, a Universe Overlord 223 236 237. His subsequent campaigns on the Outer Battlefield and at the Star Tower made his name known among the universe’s major races 266 272.
Star Tower and Later Influence
Luo Feng ultimately became the master of the supreme treasure Star Tower, a result that shocked even the Chaos City Lord 262 268. He gained the Tribulation Armor, cultivated further layers of the Nine Tribulations Manual, and developed a force of special lifeforms as the Blood Cloud Palace Master to complement Earth’s lineage 272 306 315. His strength and influence eventually became sufficient to affect major alliances and provoke open hostility from the Demon Race, Zerg Race, Machine Race, and Northern Border Alliance 272 308.

Abilities
Dragon Transformation
The Dragon Transformation ability is derived from Luo Feng's Azure Dragon Bloodline, which he activated by absorbing the Dragon Blood Secret Canon from the loot of a Space-Splitting Dragon Lizard 43. This transformation grants him a draconic form that massively increases his physical power, far surpassing his base Martial Artist state. Upon first activation, his Dragon Transformation rank was Star Level 1 while his martial artist strength remained at Planetary Level 1 44. Over time, his Dragon Transformation cultivation advanced to Star Level 9 and later to Universe Level 9, consistently remaining far ahead of his base cultivation 75 113. The transformation also enables him to withstand attacks that would otherwise be lethal; for instance, when Universe Level 9 Nuo Lanshan attacked Luo Feng in his Dragon Transformation and True Body Heaven and Earth state, the attacks could not break his defense at all 118. The growth of his spiritual power also becomes unbounded after dragonification, as the earlier restriction that kept his spiritual power two levels above his martial artist rank is lifted 44.
Applications:
- Combat superiority: Luo Feng can easily defeat opponents many ranks above his base level. In his Dragon Transformation state at Star Level 1, his casual strike exceeded the strongest attack of a King-Level Space-Splitting Dragon Lizard 44.
- Defense: His dragon form provides extreme durability, allowing him to ignore attacks from Universe Level opponents when combined with other enhancements 118.
- Amplification stacking: Dragon Transformation can be combined with True Body Heaven and Earth and Beast God Transformation to achieve a physical attack amplification of up to 5000 times, with further potential for 100 times from True Body Heaven and Earth alone 203.
- Absorption of rare treasures: Luo Feng later uses the Azure Dragon Essence Blood to trigger an even greater Dragon Transformation, reaching the peak of the World Lord realm and evolving his genes 223.
- Venerable-class defense and offense: During his spar with the Lord of Tian Shi Palace, Luo Feng used Dragon Transformation and fused Seven Absolute Shadow Blades to cut apart Fire-Space Fusion Law fireballs 237.
Limitations:
- The transformation is not permanent; it is a state change that likely requires activation.
- The Azure Dragon Bloodline concentration remains at only 0.1% initially and is marked as evolvable, implying that further growth is possible but limited by bloodline purity 75 113.
- The drain on resources: maintaining and advancing Dragon Transformation may require rare substances like the Dragon Blood Secret Canon or Azure Dragon Essence Blood 43 223.
Spiritual Telekinesis
Luo Feng possesses powerful Spiritual Telekinesis, which he developed through absorbing souls from the Soul Gold Bead and training with the Coiling Dragon Ring 61 43. His spiritual force amplitude measures the number of telekinetic weapons he can control simultaneously at full power, and his effective combat power is further multiplied by his Spiritual Telekinesis Amplitude stat. By the time of his battle against Hong, his Spiritual Telekinesis Amplitude was already 20 times 66, and it later reached 49 times at Star Level 9 75 and 64 times at Star Level 9 with Universe Level 9 Mental Will 113. At the Universe Level, his spiritual force amplification reached the normal limit of 100, meaning he can control 100 Flying Daggers each at maximum attack power 203. He uses Flying Daggers as his primary telekinetic weapons, often in formations such as the Swordfish Formation derived from the Soaring Sky Secret Technique 72.
Applications:
- Long-range attacks: Flying Daggers can strike from a distance, as seen in his spar with Hong where he attacked with twenty Flying Daggers 66.
- Soul Control: Luo Feng can enslave opponents by using an invisible soul attack followed by the Soul Control secret technique, as he did to Nuo Lanshan 118.
- Amplified by domain: When using the fourth level of his Domain of Earth in conjunction with the Soaring Sky Shuttle, his Spiritual Telekinesis could kill an average Star Level individual despite being only Planetary Level 9 in telekinesis 72.
- Scaling with laws: His spiritual telekinesis effectiveness also benefits from his comprehension of the Law of Space (5th Layer of Domain of Space) and other laws 113.
- Late-stage combat: With his vastly increased mental will, Luo Feng could disregard a peak World Lord’s soul attack and later use the Ten Thousand Heart Soul Control technique to enslave Magic Hand King 231 243.
Limitations:
- The upper limit of spiritual force amplification is normally 100; Luo Feng reached this limit at the Universe Level, meaning further improvement requires breakthroughs in other areas 203.
- Initially, his spiritual power growth was capped at two levels above his martial artist rank, but this restriction was removed after Dragon Transformation 44.
- The Dark Gold Sphere in his mind that previously boosted his spiritual power fully dissolved, requiring him to cultivate slowly on his own thereafter 44.
Domain and Law Comprehension
Luo Feng has demonstrated exceptional talent in comprehending various Domains and Laws. He first comprehended a Domain of Earth while still at the Planetary Level, shocking his AI Babata 61. His Domain of Earth quickly advanced to Level 4 within months 64, reached Level 9 after a year 75, and later evolved into the Law of Earth at the Initial Stage 113. He also cultivated a Domain of Metal to Level 5 75 and later achieved Minor Accomplishment in Metal Laws, Fire Laws, and an Entry Level in Wind Laws 113. Additionally, he developed the Domain of Space up to the 5th Layer 113. His comprehension of multiple laws often reinforces each other; for instance, while studying Fire Laws in the Star Domain Secret Realm, he also advanced his Earth Laws to over 30 layers of Vibration Wave 114. His domain mastery significantly amplifies his combat capabilities, as domains are more crucial than raw levels in cultivation 62.
His later progress extends beyond these foundations. He gained Origin Law recognition while still at Star Level, attained profound Space Law insights, and eventually comprehended Water and Time Laws as well as the Water-Time Fusion Law technique “Origin Convergence” 159 325.
Applications:
- Combat enhancement: A domain grants a powerful field of control, allowing Luo Feng to suppress enemies and augment his own attacks. His Domain of Earth Level 4 enabled him to spar with Hong, who had to use his own domain in response 66.
- Technique development: His understanding of Fire Laws allowed him to create techniques like "Flame Dragon Purifies the World" 114.
- Defense and offense: Domains provide both defensive and offensive advantages, as seen when he defeated monsters by using his domain along with other abilities 114.
- Foundation for higher laws: Domain comprehension is the prerequisite for understanding the deeper Laws, leading to more powerful techniques.
- Fusion Law combat: Luo Feng withstood and cleaved apart fireballs condensed from the Fire and Space Fusion Law during his battle with the Lord of Tian Shi Palace 237.
Limitations:
- Cultivation of domains and laws requires enormous experience points, shown in his system panel: Law of Earth needed 2.1 billion/100 billion EXP just for Initial Stage 113.
- He cannot simultaneously use all domains at full power; they are separate fields that must be individually applied.
- Higher-level beasts in the Star Domain Secret Realm possessed their own Flame Domain, showing that domain-based abilities are common among strong opponents and can be countered 114.
True Body Heaven and Earth
True Body Heaven and Earth is a secret cultivation technique that greatly enhances Luo Feng's physical strength. He learned it and achieved the second layer, which significantly boosted his physical power 101. By the time he reached Universe Level, he had progressed to Level 3 113. The technique can be stacked with Dragon Transformation and Beast God Transformation for massive amplification. At its current stage, Luo Feng can enhance his physical attack power by 50 times when using True Body Heaven and Earth alongside Beast God Transformation; if he were to cultivate it to its strongest state, the amplification would reach 100 times 203. The technique requires large amounts of D-grade pure metal for upgrades, as Luo Feng collected such materials to prepare for future advancements 116.
Applications:
- Physical amplification: Stacked with Dragon Transformation, it allowed Luo Feng to have an effective physical force amplification of 5000 times (100 base limit from amplification stats × 50 from True Body Heaven and Earth and Beast God Transformation) 203.
- Durability: In his True Body Heaven and Earth state, combined with Dragon Transformation, he ignored attacks from a Universe Level 9 opponent 118.
- Mining and resource gathering: The technique's reliance on pure metals also incentivizes Luo Feng to scavenge rare materials, which he then uses to improve his strength 116.
Limitations:
- The technique is resource-intensive, requiring large quantities of specific metals to advance to higher levels 116.
- The strongest state (100× amplification) has not yet been achieved, indicating that Luo Feng's potential with this ability is not fully realized 203.
- It is a separate cultivation from his base stats; progress is tracked via experience points and system levels, which can be slow without sufficient resources 113.
Special Abilities: Diamond Body and Pulse Force
Upon awakening his Dragon Transformation, Luo Feng discovered he possessed two special abilities instead of the usual one. These abilities are labeled "Diamond Body" and "Pulse Force" 44. The context does not provide explicit descriptions of their functions, but their nature can be inferred from the name and from Luo Feng's combat performance. Diamond Body likely refers to an enhanced defensive state or super-hardened physique, consistent with the fact that in dragon form he could block attacks from Universe Level foes 118. Pulse Force may be an offensive ability that releases shockwaves or energy pulses, though no direct application is shown in the provided material. Both abilities are permanent fixtures and are not subject to future change, as the system states they will not appear on the panel again 75.
Applications:
- Diamond Body: Presumably grants exceptional defensive capabilities, making Luo Feng's body tougher than normal. This would complement his Dragon Transformation and armor.
- Pulse Force: Can unleash the power of Origin Laws and substantially augment Luo Feng’s Dragon Transformation combat power 79.
- Both abilities can be combined with Dragon Transformation, Domain, and True Body Heaven and Earth for synergistic effects.
Limitations:
- The exact mechanics are not detailed in the available context; their effectiveness and limitations are only implied by Luo Feng's overall durability and offensive power.
- Since they are permanent and unchanging, they cannot be upgraded or evolved further, meaning their power is fixed relative to his other stats 75.
Soul Control and Mental Will
Luo Feng's Mental Will is exceptionally strong, reaching Universe Level 9 by the time his cultivation caught up 113. His soul attacks are invisible and can bypass physical defenses. He demonstrated this when he enslaved Nuo Lanshan, first using an invisible soul attack to cause loss of focus, then applying the Soul Control secret technique 118. His mental will also allowed him to withstand pressure from Venerable Undying, showing his resilience against will-based attacks 220. The Soul Gold Bead he obtained helped boost his spiritual power significantly 61 43. He also possesses a secret technique called Soul Seal at Stage 3 113, though its detailed applications are not described.
After ten years of Chaos City cultivation, the Mental Millstone tempered his will to Military Lord Immortal level, enabling him to clear the twelfth level of the Illusion Sea 181. At World Lord level, his mental will and ten-thousandfold psychic-force amplitude rendered a peak World Lord’s soul attack ineffective; he later used Ten Thousand Heart Soul Control to enslave Magic Hand King 231 243.
Applications:
- Soul enslavement: Can turn enemies into loyal servants, as done with Nuo Lanshan and Magic Hand King 118 243.
- Defense against mental pressure: Resisted Venerable-level Mental Will attacks, impressing powerful beings 220.
- Enhancement of telekinesis: A strong Mental Will directly supports his Spiritual Telekinesis, allowing better control and amplitude.
Limitations:
- Soul attacks may be ineffective against targets with equally strong Mental Will or those with soul-protection treasures.
- The Soul Control technique likely has a limited range or requires the target to be weakened, as seen when Nuo Lanshan was stunned before enslavement 118.
- Soul Seal progression demands experience points, and its full capabilities are not shown.
Soaring Sky Secret Technique
This technique, derived from the Soaring Sky Shuttle, is a telekinetic combat style that Luo Feng uses to control Flying Daggers in formations. He mastered the second level, the Swordfish Formation, which allows him to attack with increased power and precision 72. The technique is separate from his basic Spiritual Telekinesis amplitude and requires cultivation to unlock higher forms. At Star Level 9, his Soaring Sky Secret Technique was at the Third Form 75. It cannot be upgraded beyond that without further breakthroughs.
Applications:
- Enhanced attack power: When combined with his Domain of Earth, the Swordfish Formation enabled him to kill average Star Level opponents even though his telekinetic rank was only Planetary Level 9 72.
- Formation combat: The technique involves organized patterns that increase efficiency and damage.
Limitations:
- The technique has a limited number of forms; the third form is the highest shown, and it cannot be upgraded further 75.
- Its effectiveness depends on Luo Feng's Spiritual Telekinesis Amplitude and domain level.
Blade Techniques and Fusion
Luo Feng has developed several blade techniques, including the Nine-Layered Thunder Blade, which he upgraded to the fifth layer 41. Later, he practiced the Seven Absolute Shadow Blades, successfully fusing two moves to increase their speed and destructive power 194. This fusion process is experimental and challenging; when he tried to fuse more moves, he was interrupted by a trial 194. He also obtained a Blade Technique Insight from killing Zhang Zehu, which helped him progress toward the Specialization Level 26. These techniques are used in his martial artist form but can also complement his Dragon Transformation.
Luo Feng later became able to freely fuse any two of the Seven Absolute Shadow Blades’ seven moves. His fused blade techniques could contend with the attacks of the Lord of Tian Shi Palace, and his Kaso Warblade was powerful enough to destroy one of Magic Hand King’s divided Divine Bodies 194 237 243.
Applications:
- Melee combat: Powerful slashing attacks that can be upgraded and fused for greater effect.
- Combined with other abilities: His blade techniques can be used alongside his domain and Telekinesis for multi-directional attacks 41.
- Fusion of moves: Creates entirely new techniques with superior speed and power.
- Venerable-class combat: His Dragon Transformation-enhanced fused blades cleaved apart increasingly numerous Fire-Space Fusion Law fireballs 237.
Limitations:
Treasures and Clones
Luo Feng’s later strength relies not only on cultivation but also on an extraordinary collection of bound and borrowed treasures. He acquired the Kaso Artifact in the form of his preferred Blood Shadow Battle Blade before departing for Xueluo Continent 221. He later merged with the General Armor, which granted him the power of a peak World Lord through a single arm and became compatible with his peak World Lord physique 218 223.
His greatest treasure is the Star Tower, which he successfully recognized as master after enduring the fusion process with his Original Core 262. Mountain Guest identifies the Star Tower and Tribulation Armor as Luo Feng’s two great treasures, while the General Armor and General Soul serve as further bound defensive and offensive equipment 263 265. Luo Feng later claimed the Tribulation Armor directly from Yan Emperor and fused the Shi Wu Wings, allowing him to generate tens of millions of afterimages in flight 315 310.
Luo Feng also possesses multiple clones. The Vermilion Bird and Black Tortoise Clones were gestated after he began accepting the Star Tower inheritance; both began with a genetic level of thirty times and were raised to nine hundred times through the Nine Tribulations Manual and Xueluo Crystals 262. He permanently stationed the Black Tortoise Clone on Earth, where it can protect the planet alongside an upgraded Immortal Zerg Mother Queen and her army 274.
Relationships
Xu Xin
Luo Feng's relationship with his classmate Xu Xin began in high school, where she harbored unspoken feelings for him 7. After Luo Feng became a martial artist, they grew closer; he spent half a month with her, confirming their relationship and improving her physical fitness with a Spirit of Vegetation 65. Xu Xin later felt that Luo Feng remained a mystery to her 49. Her family, the Xu Family, held a high-level meeting to discuss Luo Feng and his potential, recognizing his value as an 18-year-old Advanced War God Spiritual Telekinetic 50. Luo Feng later supported Xu Xin’s ambition to build a business in the universe, reflecting their continuing mutual support 101.
Family
Luo Feng is deeply devoted to his family, frequently providing resources and protection. He revealed his wealth and strength to his father Luo Hongguo, mother Gong Xinlan, and younger brother Luo Hua, feeding them Spirit of Vegetation to improve their health 64. He intervened to prevent his father from working as a laborer, convincing him to stop after passing the prospective warrior assessment 9. Luo Feng carved a family portrait in stone, demonstrating his affection 49. He later had children: Luo Hai, Luo Ping, and Luo Yonghao 117 212. He sparred with Luo Ping to teach her humility and emphasized the importance of continuous cultivation 212. Luo Feng held a grand family gathering after his return, inviting his parents and younger generations 210.
