This author's note is about my feelings after writing up to this point, as well as next month's update schedule.

As my first work, I have written this book for a full four hundred days, from its launch to its current 1.7 million words.

However, just like the problems that basically all new writers must face, I made many writing mistakes and developed many bad habits over the course of creating this book, resulting in extremely unsatisfactory follow-up subscription numbers.

Previously, limited by my own skill level, I was completely unable to notice my shortcomings.

Yet as my word count steadily accumulated, and as I kept reading and studying the works of major figures in the industry, I finally came to thoroughly realize the many reasons for my failure in recent times.

I have far too little experience in the field of web novels. I am not only a rookie writer, but also a rookie reader. My store of knowledge is not rich enough, my plot ideas were far too taken for granted, and so on and so forth.

I truly still have far too much to learn.

At the same time, I have increasingly begun to feel overwhelmed by writing this book.

Based on the plot and ending I originally planned, if this book is to be properly completed, it will most likely have to drag on until next year.

Of course, if I merely wanted to provide an explanation for every story, I would only need to list a whole pile of plot outlines, and within a few days, I could release all the following plot in skeletal form.
