The Rules

"There are many small buildings in Chaos City. If a door is pale white, it means the place has no owner." The Black-Robed Envoy pointed to the differently colored doors of the uniform buildings lining both sides of the street. "If you place your hand on a door for a moment, the sensing system inside will activate automatically and turn it dark gray. You'll then become the owner of that residence, and your information will be recorded automatically. Each person may choose only one place to live."
