Ryuen approaches Sakayanagi Arisu with a plan for Class A and Class C to cooperate against the lower classes. When Arisu rejects the proposal, he surrounds her with Ishizaki and Yamada and attempts to strike her before an unknown intervention disables his arm. 4

Pressure Campaign Against Class D

After becoming Class C's leader, Ryuen repeatedly targets Class D. He publicly assaults Hirata, exploits the limits of school rules to deter retaliation, and interrogates Horikita Suzune for the identity of Class D's strategist. 5 14 15

He ends the confrontation once he concludes that Class D does possess a strategist, avoiding further escalation that could harm Class C. 16

Conflict with Kushida and Class D

Ryuen returns to Class D to confront Sato Maya for reporting him. Kushida's intervention, aided by Rinya's energy, forces Ryuen to retreat and contributes to his decision to temporarily shift Class C's focus toward Class B. 17 22

Confrontation with Koenji
