The ground beneath the War God Pavilion collapsed.
A monster burst out from underground, reducing the already crumbling War God Pavilion to even greater ruins.

The Grand High Priest was enraged.
Just as the situation was tilting entirely in the Aberration Association's favor, the Grand High Priest sensed an immense aura instantly surge into its body.
It seemed to hear its body crackling, as though it were being stretched apart. Power—an endless stream of power—poured in.
Its body grew even larger and more terrifying.
That was... there could be no mistake. That was divine descent!
A god's power revived within its body, but that power was far too immense. Even in its current near-monstrous state, it could not withstand too much of it.
The War God had finally made his move!

A completely different change appeared in the Ghost Domain above all of Azure Martial City.
The minds of every ordinary person in the city buzzed. By the time they came to their senses, they were all wailing as they fell to their knees, blood streaming from their eyes, ears, nose, and mouth.
Though it was not fatal, they had still suffered varying degrees of internal injury.
Outside the city, the logistics staff member raised his head toward the city with a grave expression. "This energy..."
The energy-detection instruments on the vehicle beside him, as well as those connected to the Smart Brain, continuously sent out alerts.
"Warning! Warning! An extremely massive energy reaction has appeared, rising to S-rank to SS-rank!"
It was somewhere between S-rank and SS-rank.
And this was only divine descent.
That War God had merely used a portion of his power.
The logistics staff member watched the more than one hundred Contract Anomalists who
