Both their stomachs growled with hunger at the same time.
Du Jiashi and Xu Rou awkwardly covered their stomachs. Only a day had passed, so why did it feel like they hadn't eaten in days?
Bai Zuo snapped his fingers. "Come on~ I'll take you somewhere good to eat!"
Du Jiashi and Xu Rou were full of questions, but they trusted Bai Zuo, so they followed him all the way up to the 26th floor.
"Why are we here?"
Bai Zuo walked over to a fire hose cabinet and took out a fire extinguisher.

Then he suddenly leaped out and swung the fire extinguisher at the Pig Head Man just as it stepped through the door.

At that moment, Du Jiashi and Xu Rou felt like their brains had shrunk!
The Pig Head Man, its face covered in blood from the blow, let out a roar and swung the Fleshing Knife at Bai Zuo.
Du Jiashi and Xu Rou screamed so loudly their voices cracked.

Countless strands of spider silk wove together into a thin net and wrapped around the Fleshing Knife. They looked so fine that a single tug should have snapped them, yet they firmly blocked the Pig Head Man's attack.
The Pig Head Man's raised arm bulged with veins. It strained with all its might, but couldn't bring the blade down even an inch.
Du Jiashi and Xu Rou saw a strand of spider silk reach toward them.
It connected to the center of each of their chests.
The next moment,
their minds felt light. It was as if they had slipped free of their bodies and could no longer feel the weight, fatigue, hunger, or pain coming from them.
Xu Rou had never sensed the power surging through her body so clearly. It filled her with astonishment.

Then Du Jiashi's foot struck the Pig Head Man's face.
With his heightened dynamic vision, Du Jiashi saw its face buckle and twist under his kick, spraying bloody saliva and teeth.
The Pig Head Man's hulking body toppled like a falling tree, crashing to the ground with a heavy thud.
Xu Rou rammed into it shoulder-first, then struck its throat with her elbow.
They both heard the crisp snap of breaking bones.
Xu Rou raised her hand.
The Pig Head Man's throat had caved in, leaving a fist-sized hollow. An injury like that would have killed an ordinary person on the spot.
But the Pig Head Man was still moving.
It grabbed Xu Rou's hand and yanked. Xu Rou went with the pull, then waited until its strength gave out before slipping free with another deft twist.
Du Jiashi followed up, punching the Pig Head Man in the eye socket. He turned his fist into a palm, hooked his fingers inside, and ripped hard!
The Pig Head Man let out a howl!
It tried to reach for Du Jiashi again.
Xu Rou stepped forward and dug out its other eyeball.
Blinded, the Pig Head Man could only lash out wildly at everything around it.
Xu Rou retreated out of its reach, then found the Fleshing Knife lying on the ground.
Without changing expression, she raised the knife and put on a flawless show of butchering a pig.
Finally, she plunged the blade into the Pig Head Man's brain and twisted it around.
Xu Rou's consciousness remained inside her body, fully experiencing the brutality of it all. She normally wouldn't even dare kill a fish, yet she felt the hand holding the knife remain steady and decisive.
For some reason, she suddenly felt that her husband's death wasn't quite so hard to accept after all.
Du Jiashi felt his body being controlled as he approached the Pig Head Man and tore a ring of keys from its waist. There were twenty-six keys on it.
With the keys in hand,
Bai Zuo took a Weird Cage from his pocket and tossed it toward the Pig Head Man.
"Congratulations, Host, on successfully containing the Wraith Class anomaly—Pig Head Man. Construction Points +5,000."
"You indirectly publicized the organization's existence. Construction Points +20."
Bai Zuo walked over, picked up the Weird Cage, and tossed it in his hand. "All done!"
He could deal with a Wraith Class anomaly without even opening its Ghost Domain.
Bai Zuo didn't look at Du Jiashi and Xu Rou. He simply controlled them as he headed for the stairs.
