Seeing that the human race showed no significant reaction, the demons slowly gathered once more and pressed forward again. Yan Chihuo felt the pain between his brows subside slightly, shifting from the previous sensation of being sliced by knives to a dull, throbbing pressure, as if someone had forcibly shoved an egg into his forehead.

He stood up and looked outward, seeing that the number of demons remained vast and the human situation was still in critical danger. After a moment, he began to discern a pattern: because of the inexplicable infighting among the Sea Turtle demons earlier, these demons had changed their tactics.

The demons were now organized into groups of ten, each led by a minor leader, with every ten groups overseen by a major leader. Most of these leaders were either True Dragons, Flood Dragons, or even Snake Demons. It seemed the strength of the East Sea Dragon Palace was indeed formidable.

Within moments, Yan Chihuo devised a plan. He tested his condition and found that his internal energy flowed without obstruction, leaving only the throbbing pain in his brow. After informing Zen Master Tianyun and Chi Songzi, he flew out from the Small Zhou Tian Array map once again.

Zen Master Tianyun and Chi Songzi had assumed that Yan Chihuo was in such agony that he would surely remain safely within the Small Zhou Tian Array map; they never imagined he would fly out again. The two could only exchange bitter smiles.
