Background

Mo Han is the daughter of Mo Kailong and a Sea Heaven Sect disciple. She was captured by Wang Ren of the Joyous Union Cult before Mo Kailong arrived, revealed their father-daughter relationship, and killed her captors 225.

Though Mo Kailong provides her with protective means, he refuses to grant her special treatment. Mo Han likewise rejects excessive protection from stronger sect disciples, believing dangerous expeditions are necessary tempering for cultivation 232.
