Half an hour later, a stalactite cave appeared before him. Spiritual energy was incredibly dense within it, crystalline stalactites hanging from the ceiling like columns of crystal. Every so often, drops of spiritual liquid fell, striking the rocky walls and ground with a clear, crisp sound.
The Fat Daoist's figure flashed through the cave, his speed reaching the extreme. As he passed beside one stalactite, the airflow he stirred up blew the spiritual liquid on the ground into a mist.
A moment later, the Fat Daoist stopped in a corner of the stalactite cave and carved out an Immortal Cave for himself. He immediately concealed and sealed it with a powerful technique. Though he was powerful, he did not dare venture forward rashly. Danger lurked everywhere in this place. Had he come here in his prime, he would have had nothing to fear, but with his current strength, he had to be careful in all things.
Meanwhile, the fake Mother Stone Chen Fan had become was still being scorched by the Samadhi True Fire. Nearly a third of the vast sea of flames at the entrance had been consumed and devoured by him. Most of it had been absorbed by the Dao essence of Sword Sweeps Eight Wastelands, while only a small portion had been devoured by the Burning Fire Chapter.
Yet even that small portion surpassed everything he had previously devoured. The entire fake Mother Stone was his physical body, but his body could no longer withstand this Samadhi True Fire and had already become covered in cracks.
The Fat Daoist had wanted to stop it, yet he had hesitated to
