The Gewalt Federation's Noble Council had dispatched an emissary, who arrived in Kurd City through the smuggling route across the Winter Mountains.

Upon learning that Kurd City had been founded by a Pioneer, the Noble Council immediately sent an emissary to make contact.
The Gewalt Federation had never abandoned its goal of retaking Odyssey. Though Pioneer slots had been somewhat abused, their original purpose remained unchanged. Odyssey was both a land of exile and a land of pioneers; if a Pioneer managed to make a name for himself, the Noble Council would recognize him.
"Medivh, maintain your current momentum and await the arrival of the Federation's great army!"
The Federation Emissary acknowledged Medivh's pioneering achievements and told him to continue developing.
When the right time came, the Gewalt Federation's great army would return to Odyssey and reclaim this lost land.
At that time, Medivh would only need to cooperate with the Federation army in battle. By earning merits and establishing achievements, he could rise from Pioneer to noble.
