"Looks like we've held it back!"
The chaotic elemental storm north of the fourth row of blocks on the North Bank of Tu River continued, but it had stopped advancing south.
The first three rows of blocks on the North Bank of Tu River had been Medivh's territory for a long time.
To supply power to the facilities at Dragon Gate Ferry, three Elemental Energy Pools had been built beneath these three rows of blocks.
The three Elemental Energy Pools had originally been connected to Dark Tower No. 3 in Wrynn Territory. Their connection was severed before the Elemental Storm Plan was carried out, so they had not been detonated along with it.
When the Elemental Storm was triggered, its direction had been controlled so that the energy discharged due north. That way, it could wipe out the Orcs in the fallen blocks as well as the Orc reinforcements on their way there.
The last four rows of blocks had only been hit by the aftermath of the spreading Elemental Storm.
With the three Elemental Energy Pools supplying power, the Magic Runes on the walls around the last four rows of blocks lit up. The Skeleton Mages serving as Elemental Pedestals began harmonizing the chaotic elemental energy, quelling the aftermath of the Elemental Storm as it spread into the last four rows of blocks.
To solve a problem, one must go to its source. The Skeleton Mages who had built the Elemental Energy Pools were skilled at balancing the elements. They isolated the Chaotic Elemental Storm beyond the walls of the fourth row of blocks, stopping it from spreading south and causing contamination.
"Looks like it won't die down on its own."
Standing atop the walls of the fourth row of blocks, Medivh gazed at the ruins to the north
