As soon as Audrey got home, she linked arms with him and stared at him expectantly.

In mid-June that year, the Blue Dragon Sindasa was dozing in the Dragon Nest when he heard a noise from his treasury.
He roared and rushed over to catch the thief, only to find Dragon Father Reinhardt picking out a little filial tribute from his treasury.
"You must be hungry!"
As Dragon Father picked out one treasure after another, Sindasa's heart ached.
He pleaded with Dragon Father not to take any more, hinting that he had a wealthy son-in-law waiting to show his respects, while also saying he had prepared a meal for him.
"Look at you, so stingy! You should learn a thing or two from Veledra and Vivian!"
Dragon Father Reinhardt glared at Sindasa, finished his treasure hunt, and left the treasury.
In the treasuries of Veledra and the others, his daughters let him take whatever he liked. Unlike Sindasa, they weren't afraid he'd take too much.
"How could I possibly compete with them..."
Sindasa grumbled to himself. Veledra and the others had a wealthy patron supporting them and slept in warehouses full of resources. How could they understand the hardships other dragons faced?
The meal Sindasa had promised was still being prepared. Dragon Father Reinhardt didn't berate him; instead, he brought out some snacks he'd picked up from Veledra and the others' Dragon Nest and shared them with Sindasa.
"Dad, you've been traveling pretty far this time!"
After enjoying a sumptuous meal, the Blue Dragon Sindasa asked Reinhardt how he'd been.
