The male voice continued, "Your Xueluo Crystals were obtained through legal channels. If you have any left over, you may continue to use them yourself. However, you may not sell them. If you want to give them to someone else, you must submit an application to the Giant Axe Martial Arena. You may only give them away after receiving approval.
