In September and October 2021, Hong and Thunder God established the War God Palace and convened its first council to elect three additional chairmen. Lin Chenxing entered the competition and began fighting Yan Hai, leaving their match unresolved.

• He Qishun visited Lin Chenxing after the War God Palace announcement and believed Lin Chenxing could compete for the chairmanship, while Lin Chenxing privately anticipated the council and relied on another trump card.
• Hong opened the council meeting on Arctic Greenland Island, announced the Planetary Level experts in attendance, and proposed electing three chairmen besides himself and Thunder God.
• Thunder God ended the dispute over the competition format by drawing names for matchups, and Tripathi Singh defeated Fal while East quickly defeated He Qishun.
• Jia Yi held out for over a hundred exchanges against Atkin before losing, while Mohanderson and Sokolov displayed formidable strength.

• Hong and Thunder God finalized the ranking as First Councilor Hong, Second Speaker Thunder God, Third Speaker Mohanderson, Fourth Speaker Lin Chenxing, and Fifth Speaker East, with challenges allowed every five years.

As they explored his Myriad Transformation Spirit Bamboo and abilities, a War God Palace Council notice arrived about a major discovery in the Amazon Jungle that might affect all of Blue Star.

• While controlling new bamboo shoots, Lin Chenxing let his thoughts drift to Xi Qing, causing the bamboo to grow into the outline of the city they had visited.
• Xi Qing found Lin Chenxing sitting beside Mother Bamboo, and he held her close after deciding he had fallen for her.
• On March 13, 2022, Lin Chenxing and Xi Qing officially began dating, and he explained that Mother Bamboo was his clone, which he called Myriad Transformation Spirit Bamboo.

• In March 2028, Xi Qing gave birth to Lin Jun, and the newborn’s cry gave Xi Qing insight that helped her reach the Planetary Level after eating some of Lin Chenxing’s Hundred-Dew Grass.
• Lin Chenxing and Xi Qing celebrated Lin Jun as their lucky star, while Lin Chenxing concealed Xi Qing’s breakthrough and postponed his broader plan for the base.
• As a young child, Lin Jun explored the Bamboo Forest, ate bamboo shoots, and shared Bamboo Fruit with her dolls while Lin Chenxing watched through cameras and clones.
• By 2035, seven-year-old Lin Jun had developed the physical fitness of an advanced apprentice through her constant activity in the Bamboo Forest.

In 2041, Councilor Yahan killed Advanced War God Muirfield to seize a mysterious crystal, sparking outrage across the War God Palace. After Yahan defied the Council and left, Hong sentenced him to death and said he would carry out the execution himself.

• Yahan pursued Muirfield through the Amazon Jungle and demanded the treasure Muirfield had taken from the ruins.
• Muirfield said he had swallowed the treasure and sent his friends a message accusing Yahan of murder and theft before Yahan killed him and retrieved a white crystal from his abdomen.
• News of Muirfield’s death spread through the War God Palace, and the Councilors gathered to judge Yahan.
• Yahan admitted killing Muirfield but offered a false account, then threatened Hong and Thunder God before leaving the meeting.
• Hong declared Yahan sentenced to death and said he would personally execute him.

Hong killed Yahan with one spear strike, and Lin Chenxing later advanced while his family and Blue Star society changed around him. Lin Jun formed a team and grew close to its young strategist, Ling Dingkang, who ended the chapter asking to challenge more monsters.

Lin Jun and Ling Dingkang grew closer after surviving a dangerous Monster hunt and later fighting two Advanced Lords together. After learning that Lin Jun had fallen for Ling Dingkang, Lin Chenxing arranged a series of tests for him at Bamboo Mountain.

• Lin Jun and Ling Dingkang let their team face a Monster horde beyond their plan, and two Intermediate War Gods rescued the exhausted team after Lin Jun fought on alone.
• Ling Dingkang and Lin Jun grew closer, shared their backgrounds over drinks, and began relying on each other during team missions.
• Two Advanced Lords attacked Lin Jun and Ling Dingkang, and Ling Dingkang took a blow meant for her before Lin Jun killed one of the Monsters and collapsed.
• In July 2054, Lin Chenxing and Xi Qing learned that Lin Jun had fallen for Ling Dingkang, and Lin Chenxing investigated his history.
• Lin Chenxing invited Ling Dingkang to Bamboo Mountain and prepared tests of perseverance, willpower, and combat ability for him.

After clearing Ling Dingkang's trials and arranging for Chen Yanbing to recruit young talent in Jiangnan, Lin Chenxing prepared a proposal to create artificial ruins and Labyrinths for Martial Artists to explore. At the War God Palace Council meeting, the Councilors discussed the plan, the Ink Bamboo weapons, and the Martial Arts Hall's role in publicizing the sites.

• Ling Dingkang passed all three trials, and Lin Jun and Ling Dingkang officially got together.
