On Qimen City's walls, many soldiers in raincoats patrolled the ramparts.
A small mountain suddenly appeared in the distance. As it drew nearer, the ground began to tremble.
When the patrolling soldiers saw the small mountain approaching, they all went on alert.

The soldier reported, "A monster has appeared outside the northern wall. Based on our assessment, it's a Lord-level Monster, the Mountain-Bearing Turtle."
Just then, another giant arrived outside the office.
"A monster horde has appeared outside the western wall, led by a Lord-level Monster, the Single-Horned Lizard Dragon."
Ji Yunxiang immediately put down his pen, grabbed the raincoat beside him, and said, "Notify everyone to initiate a Level One Response. Also, don't forget to notify Lin, the War God, and the others from Xingyan."
With that, he hurried toward an observation platform between the western and southern walls.
After a brief commotion, many officials gathered on the platform. They had little ability to fight monsters; the strongest among them was only an Advanced Warrior. Their greatest strengths were directing operations on the spot, deploying personnel, and allocating resources.
