I'd like to update all readers on the progress of the final volume.
The outline for the final volume has been finalized.
I've deliberated over the final volume's title for a long time... How about another vote? It would give everyone a sense of participation, too.
Without the readers' support, this story could not have come this far, nor could it have unfolded on such a grand scale... How cramped heaven and earth are! And how powerful you all are.
This vote will still be decided by the number of chapter comments. Simply comment under 1 or 2.
1. The final volume will be titled "Swallow Returns to Nest."
Its opening epigraph will be: "One day, spring returns to the earth, and the swallows return to their nests."
2. The final volume will be titled "Red Heart Patrolling the Heavens."
Its opening epigraph will be: Since ancient times, there have been sun and moon; may your heart remain as it was.
"Swallow Returns to Nest" was the first title I came up with for the final volume.
Having used [Chao Wendao] and [Rafting the Milky Way] as volume titles, then ending with [Swallow Returns to Nest] (Longing), would also be a romantic thing.
But I repeatedly looked over the reader comments beneath the previous volume's summary. "Red Heart Patrolling the Heavens" is a final-volume title that everyone has been hoping for, and it was indeed one of my personal candidate titles as well.
Both suit what I wish to express at this point in the writing. So this time, I'd like to let everyone decide.
As stated before, updates will resume on June 18.
As determined by the vote, there will be two updates per week, ten thousand words each, fixed at noon every Monday and Friday.
