Why was it named "Peaceful City"?
Peaceful City was: "Better a thousand armies die breaking formations than let the millions of Wei State's people know no peace."
Peaceful City was: "Better gain one moment's advance—how could I seek safety for this whole life?"
Peaceful City was: "Better surrender this body, for the peace of All-Under-Heaven alone."
The young prodigy who had laid the first bricks and tiles of Peaceful City, brimming with lofty ambition, gazed upon the human world and swore to win peace for All-Under-Heaven!
But all that was already far away.
