A rich, resonant voice replied, "Wait a moment!"
"Master, please help me! How can I clear away the Fog of Ignorance? Whenever I explore, I feel powerless and am always afraid I'll lose my way."
The same voice answered, "Stop for a while first!"
"Master, when will I be able to open my meridians? Could you take a look at my condition and see if it can be improved?"
The voice replied again, "Let's have another look!"
The answers were simple, but each one struck right at the heart of the question. They were the absolute truth, enough to make one's ears ring.
"Master Nanshuo truly lives up to his name!"
Jiang Wang heard the crowd praising him around them.
After those three questions and answers, the voice called out, "That's three questions for today. You may all take your leave!"
Then came the voice of Yang Liu, a True Disciple of the Sea Fishing Tower: "Whenever Master Nanshuo appears, he answers only three questions, except when he's been invited for a specific purpose. The rules of a great cultivator must not be lightly broken. Please don't block the way or disturb him any further!"
Jiang Wang turned the corner and saw an old man wearing a round cat mask. His hair was frosty white, and his wide sleeves billowed as he walked, giving him an air of otherworldly grace. A crowd surrounded him as he made his way inside.
