Two guards stood at the entrance to the building. They were nearly six meters tall, with bronze-colored skin.

Every floor of the Black Dragon Mountain Empire's office building was completely independent. Strangely, though, each floor had direct access to the outside and to the floors above and below. The passageways connected them all, yet no sound carried through.

"Hello, sir. What service do you need?"

Every floor had beautiful female attendants to guide customers through their business. Unlike slaves, these attendants were all respectable citizens of the Black Dragon Mountain Empire, protected by the state. They also had some ability to protect themselves.

On his way here, Ji Yun had seen many places that sold slaves. Those slaves had no rights or freedom at all; their masters controlled their lives and deaths.

"I'd like to become a citizen of the Black Dragon Mountain Empire." Ji Yun smiled.
