The Purple Sky Doushuai Cloud parted the layers of mist and hovered silently high above.

Purple Plume poked her head out and glanced around, her face full of amazement. "Fellow Daoist Jiang, this setup... looks like they're celebrating a wedding."

A moment later, Jiang Yuechu slowly opened her eyes. After communicating with the two demons, she confirmed that this was where Kongming was.

The Cave Abode covered a vast area. Now, between its blue bricks and dark tiles, lanterns and decorations were everywhere, with red silk hanging high.

She hadn't expected to find such a prosperous place, blessed with gathered spiritual energy, in this remote wilderness.
