Tsunade stood at the edge of the canyon, the bones in both her arms having just been repaired. There was almost no Chakra left in her Strength of a Hundred Seal. She stared at Uchiha Madara standing within the Perfect Susanoo, her fists clenched so tightly that her nails dug into her palms.
The Raikage, A, stood at her side. The arcs of electricity from his Lightning Release Chakra Mode had grown so faint they were nearly invisible. At least five of his ribs were broken, and every breath brought bloody foam spilling from the corner of his mouth. Yet he had not fallen—because the Raikage never fell.
The Tsuchikage, Ōnoki, floated in midair, his aged body swaying as though it could collapse at any moment. The light of his Dust Release had gone out completely. His Chakra was utterly depleted; even maintaining flight had become a struggle.
The Kazekage, Gaara, crouched atop the rubble, Gold Dust scattered across the ground before him as the sealing patterns went dark one by one. His Chakra, too, had reached its limit. The sand had lost its luster, looking no different from ordinary dirt.
The Mizukage, Mei Terumi, stood at the very back. More than half of her blue robe had been burned away, exposing the combat outfit beneath. Both her Lava Release and Boil Release had been exhausted. She could barely remain standing, yet she still braced herself against her knees and raised her head to look at that dark-blue giant.
