This book could actually have ended at the part where the protagonist committed suicide. The only reason I wrote another dozen or so chapters was because I wanted to get the full attendance bonus. It was six hundred yuan, after all~

Alright, just kidding.

Ending it there would have been fine too, but it still felt like something had been cut short, because there were still many things left unexplained about Naruto and Sasuke, the two protagonists of Hokage.

For example, the most important question—the one I'd been thinking about all along:

If Naruto and Sasuke simply grew up peacefully like that, then eventually grew old, fell ill, and died, what kind of ending would they have?
