But Alien Energy was a power from outside this world. Because of its peculiar nature, anyone who possessed it could never reach one hundred percent divine power affinity, even if they received a God Trial. They could not even reach ninety percent.

And the stronger a Divine Position's successor grew through Alien Energy, the lower their affinity became.
