"A Divine Domain's territory was opened automatically in the void of the Divine Realm by the laws belonging to a god after that god obtained a Divine Position. The god could then combine their Divine Power and the power of the laws they governed with the faith and will of living beings in the lower realm to form a Divine Temple within the Divine Domain."

"In other words, to build a Divine Temple, the most important thing was to open a Divine Domain of your own. You once had Divine Domains, but after that Azure Dragon wreaked havoc in the Divine Realm, they were destroyed. That's why you can't build Divine Temples."

"Opening new Divine Domains would normally be easy, but no one else can do it for you. You must do it yourselves, and it requires the cooperation of the Divine Realm's rules. Those rules are now broken and still being repaired. Even with our strength, we only barely managed to open new Divine Domains and rebuild our temples in this shattered Divine Realm."
