Background

Qian Renxue spent twenty years infiltrating the Heaven Dou Empire under the identity of its Crown Prince, Xue Qinghe. Her mission required her to maintain a flawless male disguise while operating within the imperial court. 1 57

As Xue Qinghe, she initially treated Su Chen's arrival in Heaven Dou City as a potential threat to the empire. She summoned him to the East Palace and attempted to pressure him through silence, environment, and political authority. Su Chen instead exposed her identity and addressed her as “Xue'er,” breaking the composure she had sustained throughout her infiltration. 58

Su Chen further confronted her over her longing for Bibi Dong's recognition and the painful circumstances behind Bibi Dong's hostility toward her. After Qian Renxue attacked him and was decisively restrained, he offered to help her obtain the Heaven Dou Empire, Martial Soul Hall, and her mother's acceptance.
