A Clarification on the Male Protagonist's Stance

Too many readers feel the protagonist isn't patriotic and won't return to serve his motherland.

Let me clarify this first: the protagonist will definitely return to help his motherland; this is a matter of principle.

However, the word count of this book is still low, and the protagonist currently has nothing of value to offer.

Furthermore, I mentioned at the very beginning of this book that the protagonist traveled to this world in his physical body and is an undocumented person!

In this world, he has no relatives, friends, comrades, or former superiors he recognizes, nor even the familiar military unit designations!

Just because you have an Asian face and speak Chinese doesn't mean you are Chinese, nor does it mean others will unconditionally believe you.

If someone who clearly possesses agile skills and has undergone rigorous training suddenly appears, and you can't even trace their identity back ten generations, which country would be willing to believe they are one of their own?

The only reason the protagonist was able to gain a foothold in the United States is because Tony, that wealthy tycoon, vouched for him.

If he were to return to his country immediately, you can all imagine what kind of trouble that would cause.

Therefore, the protagonist must first demonstrate his sincerity so that the leaders of his motherland understand he is one of them, but the prerequisite for this is ensuring his own safety first.

Do not underestimate the intelligence of officials, and do not overestimate their integrity.
