It had been three years since I uploaded my previous Marvel story.
My first book had only fifteen subscriptions when it went premium, and I still remembered it vividly.
I struggled through several months, writing until the early hours every night just for the six hundred yuan monthly attendance bonus.
And now, thanks to Editor Yuanzheng's appreciation, I received a major featured recommendation on the homepage. This book also earned a Premium badge not long ago—an achievement I would never have dared believe in back then.
First, I wanted to thank Editor Yuanzheng for his recommendations. Ever since I started posting this book, the recommendations had hardly stopped. Without them, my book could never have achieved these results.
Then I wanted to thank all the readers who supported me, whether through subscriptions or tips. Fat Cat sincerely thanked you all.
Perhaps because I wasn't talented enough, this book still wasn't written well enough.
Just the beginning alone took me a year of repeated revisions before I finalized it. The later plot probably suffered because I was rushing to update, and the decline in quality was quite obvious.
But that was a common problem with web novels. I couldn't possibly finish the entire book before releasing it.
All I could promise was to keep working hard, never abandon it, and seriously improve my writing, striving to make my next book better.
This was my second Marvel fanfiction, but it would probably also be the last time I wrote fanfiction.
Once this Marvel story was finished—probably at around two million words—I would start trying to create original stories.
Only by stepping out of fanfiction could I understand what level I had truly reached, and only then could I go farther down the path of web fiction.
Finally, thank you once again to
