Luo Xia flew across more than half of the United States before finally arriving in New York.
"What a disaster-ridden city. Every blockbuster loves wrecking New York," Luo Xia remarked from the air.
"Huh, an AllSpark core!" Luo Xia suddenly sensed that devouring hunger.
Looking down, he saw two cars chasing each other through the streets. One was a battered yellow muscle car, while the one pursuing it was a brand-new police cruiser that looked as if it had just come out of a car wash.
"Let me think, what part of the plot was this again? Oh, Bumblebee had already started protecting the male lead. The car behind him should be one of the Decepticons... who was it again?"
Well, Luo Xia was not exactly a die-hard Transformers fan, so he really could not remember all the Decepticons.
They were chasing each other along narrow streets, and Luo Xia's current size was simply too enormous. If he landed and transformed into tank mode, he would probably get wedged between the buildings on either side.
"Damn it, this world really is hostile toward fat people," Luo Xia said helplessly.
With no other choice, he could only keep circling in the sky and wait for a chance to make his move.
The driving skills of these two robot cars far surpassed human imagination. Hovering, accelerating, fishtailing, drifting—they did it all as effortlessly as humans walked on two feet. The two people inside the car, however, seemed barely able to hold on. They screamed all the way, loud enough for Luo Xia to hear from the sky.
One chased while the other fled, from dusk until nightfall, until the two cars finally rushed into an abandoned building.
