Steve Trevor was an outstanding pilot and a rather capable spy as well. He was an agent of British Intelligence, embedded among the German forces, gathering a great deal of valuable information for the Allies.
Unfortunately, just as Germany was about to surrender, Steve Trevor discovered that a general named Ludendorff was secretly developing an extremely lethal poison gas weapon, one powerful enough to change the course of the entire war.
Under those circumstances, Steve Trevor stole the notebook containing the poison gas formulae, intending to take the intelligence back to Britain. Unfortunately, he was discovered as he was leaving and could only seize a plane in an attempt to escape.
But Steve Trevor's plane was quickly caught by the German army and crashed into the waters near Themyscira.
Luo Xia stood at the highest point of Themyscira, watching the propeller plane plunge into the sea. Data continuously appeared and vanished in his eyes. From the moment that plane had entered a fifty-kilometer radius, Luo Xia had been watching it closely.
Even from such a great distance, Luo Xia could still clearly make out the shape of every screw on the plane. The propeller churned the air, generating powerful thrust. Sea winds and moisture tangled together, then were sliced apart by the wings, creating an upward force.
All these changes turned into streams of data, meticulously recorded within Luo Xia's mind. Invisible air currents became tangible lines, like strands marked with fluorescent light, winding around the plane.
Both the laws of flight and the patterns of air flow were modeled by Luo Xia. This process had continued from fifty kilometers away until the plane crashed.
