Bai Yi forced the words out through clenched teeth. He knew that although his first Spirit Exorcism had succeeded, sealing a Necro-Spirit within his body was a tremendous trial for his constitution.

Right now, he felt completely drained, as though sheets of icy blades were scraping across his body.

If they encountered another undead creature, they would be dead for sure.

The many gazes merely swept over them, carrying hints of scrutiny, disdain, and other emotions, before shifting away again.

Bai Yi chose a corner and glanced at the people waiting for the train.

There were several groups around him, most of them young men and women. Some sat on the ground, eating canned food they had obtained from who knew where, while others sharpened the knives, guns, and other weapons in their hands.

Those things were actually useless—or rather, they were not meant for dealing with undead creatures, but for dealing with people.

I hope there aren't too many people...

The train's capacity was limited. If there were too many survivors and not enough room, anyone could imagine what kind of cruel events would follow.
