Background / History
A is the Third Raikage’s son and Killer B’s sworn elder brother. On the Raikage’s orders, he welcomes Karatachi Yagura’s Kirigakure delegation and escorts it toward Kumogakure. He tries to make conversation during the journey but proves less adept at it than B 58 59 372.
During Kumogakure’s offensive against Konoha, A fights on the front lines alongside B and Yugito. Minato considers A’s speed a threat that few shinobi besides himself can stop. Later, as frontline commander-in-chief, A demands answers when the Third Raikage’s trail disappears; he subsequently arranges a meeting with Minato to investigate a purported new lead 373 374 382 388.
A tells B that he intends to return and inherit the Raikage position, but the Third Raikage reappears before that happens. In a later confrontation, A’s arm pierces his father’s chest, leaving A distraught and unsure how to help him 396 434.
