December 1st, southwestern coast of Ukraine, 2:00 p.m. local time.

A colossal creature over a thousand meters long surfaced from the Black Sea. This flat, oval, disc-shaped monster resembled an enormous manta ray. It weighed over two million tons and could only support its own weight through the buoyancy of seawater.

This super-giant organism contained ten Stellarators, each five meters in diameter, as power sources. Its output exceeded five million kilowatts, far surpassing every existing nuclear-powered aircraft carrier.

Within the Association, it was named the Mobile Floating-Island Manta Ray. Inside its body was an offshore assembly and repair factory inhabited by a hundred thousand intelligent Jellies, capable of providing logistical support for all kinds of biological weapons.

The Mobile Floating-Island Manta Ray could transport millions of tons of supplies and large biological weapons, or serve as an aircraft-carrier-like offshore flight platform from which supersonic unmanned fighter jets could provide support anywhere in the world.

This type of manta ray could also produce a biological auxiliary weather weapon—millions of Jet Squids only a few meters long.

They looked somewhat like Jellies whose extended tentacles had twisted into new shapes. However, these Jet Squids possessed intelligence not much different from that of natural squids. They were auxiliary biological weapons even dumber than Xenomorphs.

Their heads could convert seawater into superheated steam, blasting it from their long tails hundreds of meters into the air. With favorable winds, they could create thick fog spanning hundreds of kilometers.

If micron-scale particles were added to the seawater, that thick fog would become highly concentrated smog capable of blanketing entire cities.

It could block human satellite surveillance, resist laser weapons and guided missiles, and force them into close-range wars of attrition against the Association's biological weapons.

Furthermore, this artificial smog weather could severely affect human society's organizational
