At night in Godric's Hollow, Dumbledore and Grindelwald eloped... uh, that was simply shorthand for secretly forming a Blood Pact in a barn before running off together.
On the attic roof of the Dumbledore house, a teenage girl was struggling to climb out the window, using both hands and feet to make her way onto the roof.
"What were you wearing just now?" She walked over to Kyle and asked curiously again, "How come I couldn't see you?"
"An Invisibility Cloak," Kyle said. "A little magical item that makes other people unable to see you."
He took the Invisibility Cloak and draped it over Ariana's shoulders. The girl immediately cried out in surprise.
"Ah, I really disappeared."
Then she quickly covered her mouth and nervously looked toward a nearby window. Only after seeing that there was no movement there did she let out a slight sigh of relief and continue staring curiously at the half of her body that had vanished.
"What's wrong?" Kyle turned his head as well. If he had guessed correctly, that should have been Aberforth's room...
"N-nothing." Ariana hurriedly shook her head and lowered her voice. "We'd better keep it down, or we'll wake Aberforth. He's really scary when he's angry."
"It's fine." Kyle smiled and pulled out a screaming book from his pocket.
It was a product from Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, a little trinket modeled after the books in the Restricted Section of the library. The moment it was opened, a piercing scream rang out from within.
Ariana was terrified and turned to run back into the attic.
But she soon realized that Aberforth, who normally woke at the slightest sound, still showed no sign of lighting up his room.
Ariana suddenly grew flustered.
"Don't worry, he's fine. He just can't hear anything from over
