"Thank you for your generosity. If you find Re'em horns of such fine quality again, please be sure to give Nimbus Company first consideration."
At Quality Quidditch Supplies in Diagon Alley, a foreign wizard in a sharply tailored suit saw Kyle out with a broad smile.
"Of course. After all, I'm very satisfied with this transaction as well," Kyle said with a smile.
An hour earlier, he had left Grimmauld Place and come to Diagon Alley to scrape together some operating funds.
The most valuable and easiest things to sell were Re'em horns. Not only were they rare, but they were not prohibited trade goods and were essential materials for making Broomsticks. There was simply no concern that they would not sell.
So Kyle had gone straight into Quality Quidditch Supplies, taken out several Re'em horns without any preamble, and said that he wanted to sell them.
Not long afterward, a wizard claiming to be the person in charge of Nimbus Company hurried over.
He was not English. Because of Voldemort and the Death Eaters, the person previously in charge of Diagon Alley had resigned soon after Diagon Alley was attacked for the first time. He had been assigned from Paris after receiving word through the Two-way Mirror.
After all, the Broomstick company had orders from more places than just Diagon Alley in England.
At first, he had been quite unhappy with the assignment.
England was now a massive whirlpool. One careless step could get someone dragged in and torn to pieces, so naturally, he had not wanted to come.
But the moment he saw the Re'em horns Kyle had brought out, that thought vanished completely.
The quality was simply too good. To be honest, he had not seen Re'em horns of such high quality in a very long time.
