Deep in the mountains, Kyle had barely landed when he ran straight into an old wizard with a head of white hair. They almost simultaneously raised their wands and pointed them at each other.
"Miles MacFusty." The old wizard spoke first, letting out a scornful laugh. "Stop pretending. Aren't you here for me? I just didn't expect you to dare follow me in here—and find this place so quickly."
As he spoke, his wand lit up.
"MacFusty?" Kyle froze for a moment, using a Shield Charm to block the red flash flying toward him. "I think you've misunderstood. I'm not a Death Eater."
To be honest, this old wizard was a little weak.
Kyle stared at the silver shield, which had not even trembled, and grumbled inwardly.
From the conversation between Voldemort and the Death Eaters earlier, he had basically concluded that this Miles was likely the head of the MacFusty family, or at the very least, one of its higher-ups.
After all, Death Eaters would not make deals with some insignificant lackey.
Kyle had instinctively assumed that Miles would be roughly on the same level as Drols, the captain of the dragon keepers at the Dragon Sanctuary.
