"You sleep really soundly," Kyle said darkly, the veins on his forehead throbbing. "I never knew giants had a habit of sleeping standing up. Was the bed in the room really that uncomfortable?"
It was a strange feeling. He had not expected Hagrid to be much help in the first place, but for him to come and sleep right in front of Kyle... wasn't that a bit excessive?
If he had slept in the room, Kyle would not have had any complaints at all.
Hagrid's face turned bright red.
He had not meant to do it, but the things Kyle had drawn were simply too sleep-inducing... As he stared at them, he had fallen into a hazy, half-conscious state.
Combined with being tired after a full day, he had somehow fallen asleep.
"Forget it." Kyle sighed. "You must have been a Gryffindor before you were expelled."

He remembered never telling Kyle about that. Harry had not been told either... He had only occasionally mentioned his life before being expelled from Hogwarts when chatting with Madame Maxime.

"Because Gryffindor has the most students who sleep through History of Magic," Kyle said casually. "The other Houses at least have one or two students listening, but Gryffindor is the only one without a single one."
He did not know about the other years, but that was certainly true for Kyle's year.
Hagrid's face grew even redder.

Seeing how flustered he was, Kyle did not say anything more.
"Um... when is Minerva coming over?" Hagrid hurriedly changed the subject.
"I don't know." Kyle shook his head and glanced toward the castle. "It's the weekend today. She might be here soon..."
