Regarding restoring Malfoy's memories, Kyle wrote a letter to Headmistress Sacia that very same day.
The reply came quickly. Headmistress Sacia's meaning was clear: as long as it was not a Memory Charm used violently, like the one Mrs Longbottom had cast, St Mungo's had a way to restore the victim's memories—but it would take time.
"Mrs Longbottom?" Kyle held the letter and looked at Dumbledore beside him.

Dumbledore hastily added that last part.
"Headmistress Sacia is one of those people, isn't she?" Kyle asked.
"Yes." Dumbledore nodded. "Her unpracticed Memory Charm seems to have damaged Neville's memories, leaving him unable to remember things very well ever since he was young."
It was obvious that Headmistress Sacia still held quite a grudge against Mrs Longbottom. More than a decade had passed, yet she was still
