Hunter Bar.
The door to the bathroom stall opened, and Aaron stepped out first, followed by William, whose legs were trembling slightly.
I never expected... the boss to have nonhuman-level combat power.
William, who had gathered a great deal of information at the market, stared at Aaron's back, his legs going weak.
He was thankful that he had not entertained any crooked thoughts. Otherwise, the other man could have crushed him to death with a single finger!
At that moment, there were other people in the washroom.
The magical aspect of the stalls was that when someone was inside, their doors would not open, sparing Aaron and the others the awkward sight of strangers pulling up their trousers. Outside, however, was another matter...
A burly man, thoroughly drunk, saw Aaron and William emerge from the same stall, and a stunned expression immediately appeared on his face.
William guessed what the man was thinking and dearly wished he could cast a forgetting spell on him.
"Hey, brother, I support you... It's nothing to be ashamed of. Our King is the same too... the same..."
The drunkard pulled open his clothes, revealing a rainbow belt, and gave William a meaningful look.
"No... I don't want this!"
Suppressing the urge to vomit, William fled the washroom as though for his life.
When he thought about how, as the bar's Beyonder manager, he might have to bring people in and out of this place regularly in the future, William felt the urge to jump out a window.
Before long, his great reputation as the gay guy from the bar might spread throughout this entire neighborhood!
William had a premonition that this place would become his nightmare in the future!
*No, even if it means never getting another raise, I have to ask the boss
