Tsugikuni Yoriichi had heard a rather unfamiliar name from Cracker. Judging by Cracker's delighted expression, this person named Kastade likely held some weight within the Big Mom Pirates.
Otherwise, how could Cracker be so certain that his disappearance would draw attention?

Then, with an ugly expression, he walked over to Tsugikuni Yoriichi. As he handed over the Den Den Mushi, he answered, "Kastade is Lord Cracker's biological younger sister."
"She is Big Mom's daughter."
"If she can't contact Lord Cracker..."
"I'm afraid Lord Cracker's situation won't stay hidden for long."
Haul looked worriedly at the Den Den Mushi in his hand. For a moment, he found himself in a dilemma, unsure whether he should answer it or not. He then looked toward Tsugikuni Yoriichi, waiting for him to decide.
Haul knew that he had to be someone with "no stance" right now. Only then would he have a chance of surviving the struggle between Tsugikuni Yoriichi and the Big Mom Pirates.
