Tsugikuni Yoriichi and Bogard watched the center of the island from afar, their faces full of confusion. A few minutes earlier, after that intense clash of Conqueror's Haki, no further sounds of battle had come from the island.
Tsugikuni Yoriichi did not believe that Dragon would have been defeated so quickly after such a brief exchange. Dragon was a Logia user who had eaten the Wind-Wind Fruit. Even if he was no match for Garp at his peak, he would not have been taken down in a single blow.
Even if he could not block Garp's attacks, he could still use his Devil Fruit ability to turn into an element and escape.
Since no sounds of battle had come from the island until now, Yoriichi judged that the father and son were "talking." Yoriichi roughly knew why Garp had come for Dragon. He probably wanted to beat Dragon up and drag him back to the Marines.
